Biography
Jackie Green born May 23, 1972 in Swiftown Mississippi. She is the tenth Child of twelve siblings. Her father passed away when she was a child. He was buried on her 4th Birthday. After the passing of her father, in 1976 her mother (Ida M Green) moved the family to Chicago. Jakie attended Hefferan, Goldblatts, Melody, Tilton, and Edward C. Delano Elementary School where she graduated with honors and landed her on CBS 2 News. She was honored by the news anchor Walter Jacobs and Ben Branch who was a Chicagoan saxo-phonist who played Dr. King's last request, 'Precious Lord.' Jackie attended Rezin Orr High School in 1987. She stated it was no challenge for her. "I'm always eager and willing to learn new things, I love to challenging my erudition." Jackie ranked No. 63 out of 383 freshmans during highschool. The straight A's landed her on the 'Dean's List' in her first year of High School. Unfortunately, she dropped out in her junior year to take a full time job offer.
In 1992, Jackie started a family and now has three beautiful daughters. Being a single parent took focus away from her goals she set early in life. After 9 yrs of being an at home mom, she returned to school and received her GED within one month. She attended Kennedy King College nursing program. After 6 yrs in the medical field, she wanted more. Jackie's work background has so many different professions; Nursing, Railroad Police, Tax consultant, Computer tech, and currently attending Devry University with a major in Computer Engineer. The only question is, what's next? With so much talent and skills, she remains looking for that ultimate challenge. "It's fun in a way, it's also a blessing when you are self-motivated and anxious to learn. I set standards beyond higher grounds, and I'm loving it", she stated.
Today, Jackie is the owner of the non-for-profit organization Jack Activity, Inc. Her purpose is to help the children off the streets. She also voluntarily work with other charities and sponsors. There's no limit for Jackie. She's talented and creative. Her drawing skills are phenomenal. "Art was never a passion for me, I inheritage it from my mother. It's one of God's gift to me and I accepted it, praise God", she stated. With so much talent, multiple skills, and a dynamic learning ability, it makes you wonder if Einstein came back to life.
